I plead to all humans,
Don’t cut down trees;
They never ever harmed you,
So don’t kill them please.
They are our lifeline,
They help us to breathe;
They help us to survive,
So don’t kill them please.
They are like our mothers,
Whose love shall never cease;
For them we’re alive on earth,
So don’t kill them please.
Your money and your comfort,
Can’t be more precious than trees;
Without them we shall perish,
So don’t kill them please.
Such a compassionate write, Sumi. I wish everyone heard your beautiful plea. Your poem should be framed and hung on the wall of every school and government places all over the world

So nice of you to say so. ❤I really want the contractors and builders to be sensitized if it is remotely possible.

Trees are a source of life and must be protected because existence needs them.
Sentido and reflective message you share with us, friend Sumita.
Hugs.

Trees must have right to life. We humans are inhumane to harm and kill harmless ptrees. Thanks for your lovely comment, Lincol.😊

Thanks a lot for your supportive comment. It bleeds my heart to see old trees being cut for sp called development. The trees were here before us so the land on which they stand is rightfully theirs. 😊
